- Account details — if you create an account, your login details, order history, saved addresses and wishlist.
- Messages — information you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data — basic information such as browser type, pages visited and cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work.
How we use your information
- To process, deliver and support your orders (including sharing your delivery details with our courier partners).
- To reply to your questions and provide customer service.
- To send newsletters and offers — only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Payments
Cash on Delivery payments are collected by our courier partner. If online payment options are offered, payments are handled securely by the payment provider — we do not store card details on our website.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your shopping bag, wishlist and login working. Analytics or marketing cookies, if used, help us understand how our site is used.
Data sharing & security
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our store (such as couriers, payment and email providers) and when required by law. We take reasonable technical measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your data.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time by contacting us at our Contact page.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
