Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your city.

Standard delivery is Rs. 250. Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 3,000.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right. Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and check the returned item.

Water-based serums use water as their main base instead of oil, which gives a lightweight texture that absorbs quickly and layers easily.

To keep your routine comfortable, use Vitamin C in the morning and AHAs such as Glycolic, Mandelic or Lactic Acid in the evening.

Always patch test first and start with the gentlest option, Mandelic + Lactic Acid. The 30% Glycolic Acid peel is not recommended for sensitive skin.

Cleanser, then serum, then moisturiser — and sunscreen every morning. Apply thinner, water-based serums before thicker textures.

Yes. Apply a small amount behind the ear or on the inner arm and wait 24 hours before first use, especially with acid products.

Yes. Apply the most watery texture first and let each layer absorb. Avoid using strong acids and retinoids on the same night.
